Our Mission
Cincy at the Well is a ministry dedicated to sharing the life-changing love of Jesus with women in the sex industry.
We serve all women in the sex industry, including trafficked and exploited women, in the Greater Cincinnati area.

WHAT WE DO
PROVIDE RESOURCES
Our weekly outreach allows us to connect with women, distribute hygiene kits, food, and provide crisis support.
Through consistent, relationship-driven engagement, we provide basic necessities, emotional support, and critical resource connections without pressure or judgment.
This low-barrier approach ensures that women feel safe accepting help, even if they are not yet ready for major life changes.
BUILD CONNECTIONS
Many of the women we encounter are hesitant to engage with formal institutions due to past trauma, distrust of authorities, or a history of program failures. By offering repeat, consistent outreach, we help break down these barriers over time.
Most women over time who are able to leave this life of survival-based behavior (e.g. survival sex, addiction, abusive relationships, etc.) are able to do it with the support of caring people who consistently show up.
EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY
We educate the community through our Night of Impact in-home learning kits, our Ambassador Program, and our partnerships with local agencies, churches, and organizations where the women often end up.
We aim to help others:
- Learn the signs of trafficking and exploitation
- Learn prevention strategies, assessment tools, and ongoing care strategies
- Understand how they can help fight trafficking and exploitation right here in our city
