Join the work of the Lord right here in Cincy! We are seeking men and women who love the Lord and want to serve the Lord in obedience and humility.
SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES
There are many ways that people have used their gifts and talents to serve women in the industry in the past decade as we have served women locally. Below are a few of our current opportunities.
We serve a home cooked meal to women working in local strip clubs every Thursday night, building relationships and sharing the hope of the Gospel! We need women willing to commit to serving in the clubs at least twice a month.
Volunteer onboarding process for the strip club outreach team:
- You fill out the application
- We read over the application, contact your references, and then schedule a time to go over any questions we have for you
- You must pass a background check (e.g. criminal history search, sex offender registry search), cost to you is $30
- If the outreach team is the right fit, we schedule a training, assign a mentor, and schedule a time for your first outreach!
We partner with another local ministry to do street outreach. We drive in a mini-bus, taking a meal and hygiene supplies to women prostituted on the streets and offer prayer and resources.
Currently, we go out once a month, but we are looking to expand this outreach! We are looking for women willing to commit to serving at least once a month on street outreach.

Our prayer team is the heart of the ministry! This is an essential and beautiful part of our ministry. More than any other service opportunity, we have heard our volunteers talk about how life-changing it is to serve the ministry through prayer, and we are blessed by this team every week!
There are two ways to serve us through prayer:
- Join the weekly prayer team!
We meet every Thursday evening for outreach and prayer. The prayer team commits to staying and praying over the team while they are serving in the clubs. There is no ongoing commitment required, however, we love when our prayer team members are able to make it at least twice a month! This is a service opportunity for both men and women!
Our cooking team prepares meals for our Thursday night outreach. Serving on the cooking team is an amazing way to bless the women we serve and provides the way in the door for the ministry opportunities we have.
How does this work?
- You sign up for a date to cook on our Meal Train. The Meal Train contains instructions for delivery time and location, as well as tips for the types of meals the women enjoy.
- You bring the food, hot and ready to serve in disposable pans on the date you selected. (Our team receives ongoing donations of supplies for the food boxes, serving utensils, and silverware for the women, so no need to bring these with you! But connect with us if you are interested in in-kind donations of bulk supplies!)
- You are free to stay and pray with us or drop the food off–but we love to connect to our cooking team and see your beautiful faces!

Men play vital roles in our ministry! Several of the opportunities for men to serve include:

We need churches willing to pray, participate, provide, and promote! Learn more about church partnerships here.
We love to get youth involved in the ministry! Student ministries have led hygiene supply drives, cooked a meal for our Thursday night outreach, and come to pray with us for the women! We can work with you to find a project that is age-appropriate!
While there is no guarantee of our physical safety when we go out, the Lord has called us to obedience in taking the Gospel to women in the sex industry and has protected our team for a over a decade of local service. We have safety plans in place that reduce the risk for our volunteers. If safety is the concern holding you back from serving on outreach, connect with us and we would love to go over the risks and policies so you can make an informed decision about serving.

Most people reading this page will assume that someone else is taking care of the work that needs to be done. But today, we challenge you to consider how the Lord may be calling you to obedience.
“And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.'”
